Booking/Deposits/Balance Payments: It’s always tricky, juggling a desire to be flexible with the need to pay the bills…
In principle, all bookings and payments need to be seen as binding, non-refundable and non-transferable. However:

a) If you are taking part in one of the four-week courses and you miss a class you are welcome to come along to another session in the same series – no need to ask.

b) If you need to cancel a booking completely I’ll always do what I can to be flexible. I will always try and pass your place on to someone else, at no extra charge. If this is not possible, I may in some cases be able to transfer a payment to another event. Typical exceptions are (i) when a course/event was confirmed partly on the basis of your booking, and (ii) when a course/event sells out and your booking prevented someone else getting a place.
